This tooth #27 was extracted in my Palm Harbor dentist office in September 2012. The patient had otherwise healthy teeth therefore the replacement of choice here, is a dental implant and crown. At the time of extraction, site presevation bone grafting was done.
Marti, a dental assistant in my Tampa dentist office took the initiative to really clean up the bloody extracted tooth. The cleaned up tooth picture really shows how severe the tooth was diseased.
